I love adding something fun and colorful to champagne. With just two ingredients, it couldn’t be easier. I am thinking of trying this with frozen raspberries next time instead of ice – because in this house, there is no such thing as too much fruit!
(Makes 2 servings)
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup ice
Blend the raspberries with the ice, on high, until the seeds have been pulverized (a high tech blender like Blendtec certainly helps with this). Split between two glasses. Gently fill each glass with champagne and stir lightly.
